Bier tart

Preparation:

Pre-heat the oven at 350°F (gaz mark 4)

Line a flan tin with pastry dough, prick with a fork and bake for 15 mn or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, mix eggs and sugar, then add the bier, with care to avoid foaming.

Pour the liquid filling into the pastry case, and spread thin butter slices, which should float.

Bake for about 30 mn. The thinness of the filling is normal.

Serve cool. The taste is better the next day.




Notes:

Choose carefully the bier you use: too much taste in the bier, too much taste in the tart...
