WebSitePP's command tags differ from HTML ones only by
the case: they are in uppercase.
The drawback is that HTML tags must be written with at lease
one lower case letter. But this is a "good" constraint: the XHTML,
evolution of HTML language, requires HTML tag in lower case.
The first advantage is that command tags do not trouble text
editors which handle HTML (emacs...): indentation and coloring
are still working. The second advantage is the simple writing
(no weird character at each tag).
