Preparation: Cut the bread slices into small squares and put them on a plate for
oven, protected with aluminium foil.
On each square, put a piece of pineapple, add salt and pepper, then
add the grated cheese. This can be done beforehand.
Drink the pineapple sirop.
Put the plate into the gril until the cheese is roasted and serve hot.
